Return Policy

Any Returns & Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the Original Purchase Date.

Exchanging: We will hold (pull it from inventory) the exchanged item for you for 15 days (we Can't "Hold" a Sale Price if the exchange item is currently on sale at the time it's being placed on hold ) & if we haven't received your return within 15 days of the RMA sent e-mail date, the held Item(s) will go back in inventory & RMA# will be closed.


  • Exchanged item(s) are shipped to you for Free, customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back to us unless other arrangements have been made/offered.
  • Any & all Product(s) that are Returned or Exchanged Must Include a Copy of your Original Invoice & your RMA number, without these 2 items we will NOT be able to process your Return or Exchange.
  • Return & Exchange Shipping Costs are your responsibility as the Customer unless other arrangements have been made by the Return & Exchange Dept.
  • Any Returned or Exchanged Item(s) that arrive in Worn Condition & or Washed Condition will Not receive Store Credit & the Worn/washed Product(s) will be shipped back.
  • Returns & Exchanges could take up to 14 business days to Process.
  • If You had made any purchases while a Promotion was running, You will be charged Full Retail Price for the difference or remaining Product(s) that were kept.
